The judge finally ruled on our long pending motion, which permits us to actively pursue the appeal. While we are disappointed at how long this case has taken to get to appeal, the delay may have benefited the case as courts have made decisions that help our case while the judge delayed her ruling.

If you would like to be dismissed from the case, now is the time to do it. If you would like to be dismissed from the case, please complete the questionnaire at this link on or by October 18, 2024. If you intend on remaining in the case, you do not need to take any steps. Once we get the list of plaintiffs who want to drop out, we will let the court know and then push forward with the appeal.
